Heart, Art and Healing Class

I've been loving this amazing FREE online class: Heart, Art and Healing by Tamara Laport. For the first time, I feel somewhat confident drawing and shading a portrait. Not that it's perfect, but it's going in the direction I want to go.

I'm going to make my own art journal using the watercolor paper I used here - so this will be a 2 page spread. This is painted with DecoArts Acrylic Gesso, Caran de Arches soluable wax crayons and graphite pencil. Some stamping and multiple layering with text stamps and others.

It feels pretty vulnerable to put this out here. Just part of my journey right now. Getting deep into me, we all have our inner demons to deal with. Thanks for letting me share it with you.
